Custom services
Drawing on our own experienced advisers as well as specialists from our extensive network of associates, we can deliver the expertise you need as and where it will be most productive. How best to fill in the necesssary resources will depend on the nature and objective of the assignment. There are several possible types of agreement including:
- consultancy basis
- ad interim
- project basis
- membership of board of directors
- coaching
Custom financial agreement
The underlying principle here is that the agreement must be advantageous to all parties concerned and be applicable to the specific situation or problem.
- There might be situations where the best thing for all parties is a simple and straightforward " time and materials " agreement. The hourly rate depends on the kind of expertise and resources which are hired in. This model is ideal for companies that are managed on the basis of a "headcount" model but still need extra resources and expertise.
- In other situations it might be appropriate for a more results oriented payment to be agreed up front.
- In yet other situations (for example, with start-ups) it is possible that spikesconcept takes a stake in the company and that we supply our services in exchange for shares or against a percentage of the (future) revenue.
Of course we can also agree on a combination of these forms, as long as it is in the interest of all parties: a win-win-win situation!!
